Greenberg Traurig Hires Stroock IP Partner

Law360 (April 21, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP has hired James J. DeCarlo from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP for its New York office, where he joins as a shareholder in the firm’s intellectual property department.

DeCarlo, a registered patent attorney, is involved in all aspects of of intellectual property law, including litigation, strategic counseling, opinion work, licensing and patent procurement.

He has served industries such as electronic commerce, telecommunications, computer software and hardware, business methods, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, semiconductors, electronics and electro-mechanical devices.
