Ship Owners' Suit Says CVS Oversold Drugs To SF Spill Pilot

Law360, Washington (April 25, 2012, 5:47 PM EDT) -- The owners and operators of a ship that caused a 2007 oil spill in the San Francisco Bay hit CVS Caremark Corp. with a lawsuit Friday, claiming the pharmacy chain and its employees are partially to blame for the accident because they filled the pilot's prescriptions.
