Claims Dismissed From Ford Class Action Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge overseeing a multidistrict case against Ford Motor Co., which alleges that the company knowingly installed a faulty part that eventually forced it to recall millions of vehicles, has dismissed claims filed by one subclass of plaintiffs.
