Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 3:09 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday allowed American Safety Insurance Co. to exit a suit by McMillin Construction Services LP over allegedly faulty home construction work performed by subcontractors and suppliers, saying McMillin was not a party to a policy by the insurer.
