TD Bank Drops Greenberg Traurig After Rothstein Trial Gaffe

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 2:30 PM EDT) -- TD Bank NA, which was hit with a $67 million jury verdict earlier this year in Florida on claims it aided Scott Rothstein's $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme, admitted Tuesday to making false statements about evidence during the trial and dropped Greenberg Traurig LLP as its counsel.
