FERC Seeks Input On 660-MW Texas Hydroelectric Proposal

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 9:23 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said Thursday it's seeking comment on a proposal by Cedar Creek Hydro LLC and Symbiotics LLC for a 660-megawatt pumped-storage hydroelectric power project in the Texas Panhandle that has raised some environmental concerns.
