Judge Nixes Computer Exec's FCA Suit Over Non-US Sales

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Thursday tossed claims that a dozen computer companies, including a Dell Inc. unit, sold the government products made in countries unapproved under a federal vendor agreement, ruling the whistleblower suit didn't meet the standards of the False Claims Act.
