Deepwater Oil Spill Penalty Bill Set To Move Forward

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 8:57 PM EDT) -- A measure to send most penalties from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill to Gulf Coast states for restoration efforts is poised to advance in Congress, with a bipartisan group of lawmakers lined up to include it in a final version of transportation legislation.
