Calif. Court Upholds Irrigation District's Water Use Plan

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday ruled a group of agricultural water users can't force the Imperial Irrigation District to stop using a water distribution plan until it completes an environmental impact report, saying the district wasn't required to perform one.
