CareCore Blasts Radiologists' Antitrust Suits

Law360 (August 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The benefits management company that three New York radiology facilities sued for allegedly suppressing market competition for the sake of its board members has answered the suits by defending its actions as state-sanctioned and by calling the plaintiffs' claims moot.

The suits were filed last September and November against CareCore National LLC and its subsidiaries in the southern New York district court by Alpha Imaging Consultants PLLC, Park West Radiology PC and Medical Diagnostic Imaging PLLC, which all said they were injured by a stranglehold CCN...
