FTC Asks 11th Circuit To Rehear Suit Vs. Schering

Law360, New York (April 25, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a case with wide implications for settlements of patent disputes in the pharmaceutical industry, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta to reconsider a ruling by a three-judge panel last month that dismissed the agency’s complaints against Schering-Plough Corp.
