Citigroup Unit Says Analysts Must Arbitrate OT Claims

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 7:47 PM EDT) -- A subsidiary of Citigroup Inc. asked a federal judge on Monday to dismiss a proposed collective action brought on behalf of Florida financial analysts who say they were illegally denied overtime pay, arguing that the employees’ claims must be submitted individually to arbitration.
