Judge Pushes Back Timetable For Coudert

Law360, New York (August 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Currently in wind-down mode, Coudert Brothers LLP has scored another 150 days to solicit votes for its Chapter 11 plan, only weeks after the dissolved international law firm received an extra two months to accomplish that task.

On Tuesday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Drain of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on the latest extension request, granting the law firm another five months to gather the votes needed to emerge from bankruptcy protection.
