New Incentives For UK Property Investment

Law360, New York (May 1, 2012, 11:57 AM EDT) -- The U.K. government is looking into ways of encouraging investment into the U.K. by making it a more attractive place to do business. New business investment relief was introduced beginning April 6, 2012, to encourage investment by investors not domiciled in the U.K., allowing them to remit their foreign income and gains to the U.K., tax-free, in order to fund enterprises.
