Okla. Multifamily Complex Goes For $77M In Record Sale

Law360, New York (May 1, 2012, 7:27 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania real estate investment firm bought an Oklahoma City multifamily complex from developers Gardner Tanenbaum Group on Monday for $77 million, setting a new benchmark in an area that is seeing investment interest boom, a broker for the deal told Law360.
