Lowis Fights To Keep Katten On Hook In Bank Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (May 2, 2012, 3:38 PM EDT) -- Lowis & Gellen LLP on Tuesday urged an Illinois federal judge not to toss its third-party suit claiming Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP shared malpractice liability in a suit claiming Lowis negligently prepared loan information for now-defunct First Chicago Bank & Trust.
