Contractors Win Protest Over USAID Software Procurement

Law360, New York (May 3, 2012, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Distributed Solutions Inc. and STR LLC have won a lawsuit challenging a decision by the U.S. Agency for International Development and the U.S. Department of State to forego direct procurement of software, according to a U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruling posted Wednesday.
