6th Circ. Upholds Class In Whirlpool Moldy Washer Suit

Law360, New York (May 3, 2012, 3:22 PM EDT) -- Whirlpool Corp. on Thursday lost a battle in the Sixth Circuit to overturn certification of a class of thousands of Ohio consumers who say their front-loading washers accumulate mold, ruin laundry and give off unpleasant odors.
