Judge's Claim Terms Order Favors Visto

Law360, New York (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday handed down claim constructions in the ongoing patent case over mobile e-mail patents between Visto Corp. and Microsoft Corp., the majority of which went in Visto's favor.

Markman orders, which establish the meaning of patent claim terms in dispute, are a pivotal part of patent cases.
