JPMorgan Wins Partial Victory In Retaliation Case

Law360 (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former investment banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. who alleged that she was sexually assaulted by two supervisors at a holiday party, retaliated against and then forced to resign may have lost the ability to seek punitive damages after a judge dismissed some of her claims.
