Kashi Can't Call Cereal With GMOs All Natural, Suit Says

Law360, New York (May 3, 2012, 7:39 PM EDT) -- A pair of disgruntled consumers lodged a putative class action against The Kellogg Co. subsidiary Kashi Co. in Florida federal court Wednesday accusing the company of misleading customers by touting a cereal product as being all natural even though it contains genetically modified organisms.
