Judge Draws Curtain On Quattrone Case

Law360, New York (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has dropped the remaining obstruction of justice charges against one-time investment banker Frank Quattrone, who made it to the expiration of a deferred-prosecution agreement with federal prosecutors without misbehaving.

Manhattan District Court Judge George B. Daniels signed the order Tuesday formally dismissing three charges against the former head of Credit Suisse First Boston's tech banking group, who was once dubbed Silicon Valley's star investment banker.
