TIAA Wants $100M Suit Over Stalled DC Project Thrown Out

Law360, New York (May 4, 2012, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America and its affiliates asked a Washington federal judge on Thursday to throw out a $100 million suit lodged by its partners in an apartment building project, whose second phase has stalled after a falling out between the companies.
