Parker Hannifin Named In Five Antitrust Class Actions

Law360, New York (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Industrial equipment maker Parker Hannifin Corp. admitted Wednesday that a subsidiary of the company, Parker ITR, has been named in five class action lawsuits and has been issued a grand jury subpoena related to antitrust allegations.
