Pepsi Creator's Heirs Seek Rights To Found Formula Docs

Law360, New York (May 7, 2012, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The family of the man who created the formula for Pepsi in 1931 sued the beverage giant Friday, asking a New York federal judge to declare them the rightful owners of several original documents detailing the famous recipe.
