Vermont Poised To Pass 1st Statewide Fracking Ban

Law360, New York (May 7, 2012, 5:52 PM EDT) -- Vermont Gov. Peter Shumlin will sign into law the first statewide ban on hydraulic fracturing, a spokeswoman for the Democratic governor said Monday, just days after the Vermont legislature gave its final blessing to the measure.
