SRAM Plaintiffs File Amended Complaint

Law360 (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A purported class in the static random access memory chip multidistrict litigation has added dozens of plaintiffs to its case and zeroed in on the chip manufacturers that allegedly conspired to fix SRAM prices in the U.S.

Just weeks after making some technical revisions to its complaint, the group of indirect purchasers submitted its first consolidated amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Thursday.
