Rambus Fires Back At Alberta's Amended Complaint

Law360 (August 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After failing to get Alberta Telecommunications Research Centre’s patent infringement lawsuit dismissed weeks ago, Rambus Inc. is looking to knock down allegations relating to clock synchronization technology.

Rambus took aim at Alberta’s amended complaint Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging it did not infringe Alberta’s patent covering a method and apparatus for clock synchronization, and claiming Alberta’s patent was invalid and unenforceable.
