Feds Want Accurate Pipeline Records After Deadly Explosion

Law360, New York (May 8, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- Natural gas and hazardous liquid pipeline operators must keep accurate records proving they're operating within safe pressure levels or face penalties, a move prompted by a deadly 2010 gas pipeline explosion in San Bruno, Calif., according to a government advisory bulletin released Monday.
