8th Circ. Again Finds EEOC Poorly Probed CRST Bias Claims

Law360, New York (May 8, 2012, 4:48 PM EDT) -- A day after agreeing to rehear the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's sexual harassment case against CRST Van Expedited Inc., an Eighth Circuit panel on Tuesday issued an opinion nearly identical to its earlier ruling, which the agency claimed would force it to identify all potential class members before filing a lawsuit.
