Fendi Should Get $30M In Knockoff Damages, 2nd Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (May 8, 2012, 6:57 PM EDT) -- Fendi Adele SRL told the Second Circuit on Monday it was not required to demonstrate that an alleged counterfeit merchandise seller’s conduct was willful in order to recover nearly $30 million in enhanced damages to which the designer says it is entitled.
