Clemens Jury Must Decide Pettitte's Credibility, US Says

Law360, Washington (May 9, 2012, 7:04 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors in Roger Clemens' perjury trial pushed a federal judge Wednesday to keep New York Yankees pitcher Andy Pettitte's testimony of Clemens' alleged steroid use in the court record, saying it's up to the jury to determine the credibility of Pettitte's memory of the conversation.

Clemens' defense team requested on Monday that some of his former teammate and workout buddy Pettitte's testimony be stricken from the case record, saying Pettitte admitted that his confidence in his memory of a brief conversation with Clemens over human growth...
