House Dem Wants NRC To Probe Staff Retaliation Claims

Law360, New York (May 9, 2012, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A top Democrat in the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday urged the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to investigate allegations by NRC regional employees that their supervisor has retaliated against them for raising nuclear safety concerns with senior management.
