Law360, Los Angeles (May 9, 2012, 5:37 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday pared Laibco LLC’s malpractice claims accusing Strapp & Strapp and Horvitz & Levy LLP of mishandling a wrongful termination suit, saying the nursing home operator’s theory could spark a wave of malpractice suits.
