Mass. High Court Rejects Cape Wind Farm Challenge

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 3:02 PM EDT) -- The Massachusetts high court on Wednesday rejected the appeal of a homeowner who sought to challenge the U.S.’ first offshore wind farm, finding his claims that the Cape Wind project would reduce his beachfront property’s value did not warrant his intervention in the farm's offtake contracts.
