IBM Overtime Claims Belong With Comptroller: Court

Law360, New York (September 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New York federal court judge has dismissed unpaid overtime wage claims by workers of a bankrupt IBM Corp. subcontractor, ruling that the court is not the appropriate venue for claims involving work prior to January 2002.
