EU Eyes New Measures To Combat Unfair Trade Practices

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 5:38 PM EDT) -- The European Union's trade chief said Thursday that the bloc would overhaul its system of anti-dumping and countervailing duties in response to unfair trade tactics from countries like China, possibly by giving the European Commission more power to act on its own.
