Investment Firm Has Pro-Gay Bias, Says Ex-HR Director's Suit

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 3:26 PM EDT) -- A former human resources director of J. Christopher Capital LLC sued the company Tuesday in New York federal court, accusing it of retaliating against him for expressing concern over hiring practices he said were biased in favor of gay applicants.

Jamie Ardigo of Hoboken, N.J., sued the company and its owner, investor and entrepreneur J. Christopher Burch, for sexual orientation discrimination and wrongful termination.
