Insurers Deny They Owe Costs For Mining Co.'s Asbestos Feuds

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 5:35 PM EDT) -- Excess insurers OneBeacon America Insurance Co. and Tenecom Ltd. asked a New York state court Wednesday to declare that they aren't liable for the costs of asbestos suits against Canadian mining company Hedman Resources Ltd. because its primary coverage has not been exhausted.
