High Court Won't Hear CUNA Retirees' Health Benefit Appeal

Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 5:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said Monday it would not review the Seventh Circuit's holding that CUNA Mutual Insurance Society had been within its rights when it terminated payments toward health costs for a proposed class of retirees.
