Latino Meatpackers Sue Feds Over Dawn Raid

Law360, New York (September 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ten legal U.S. residents and citizens who were subjected last winter to an immigration raid on the Swift & Co. meatpacking plant sued the federal government Tuesday for allegedly abusing them and violating their constitutional rights.

The Worthington, Minn. workers filed the suit in the state's district court.
