BP Settles Another Suit Over Refinery Blast

Law360, New York (September 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- British Petroleum PLC has settled a lawsuit filed by the two young sons of a contract worker who committed suicide shortly after the company's Texas oil refinery exploded in March 2005, a day before the case was set to go to trial.
