Hynix, Elpida Want To Curb Depositions In DRAM Suit

Law360, New York (September 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and Elpida Memory Inc. have sought a court order to limit the depositions in six antitrust cases brought against them by Sun Microsystems Inc. alleging that they inflated the prices for dynamic random access memory products.
