EU Adopts List To Weed Out Misleading Health Claims

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 8:50 PM EDT) -- The European Commission on Wednesday approved a list of 222 health claims that it has deemed appropriate to place on food labels and in advertisements, giving regulators a simplified tool for policing misleading health claims.
