FERC Rules Texas Pipeline's Earnings Were Not Excessive

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 9:28 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Wednesday found that MIGC LLC’s earnings had not overly exceeded its cost of service, concluding an inquiry from November into whether the Texas natural gas pipeline operator’s rates were unjust under the Natural Gas Act.
