De Beers Tells 2nd Circ. Antitrust Suit Is Too Late, Vague

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A subsidiary of the De Beers Family of Cos. on Tuesday told the Second Circuit that a bankrupt diamond seller’s bid to revive an antitrust suit should be denied, saying the seller’s claims are untimely and vague.
