Morgan Stanley VP Pleads Guilty To Insider Trading

Law360, New York (September 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Morgan Stanley & Co. finance vice president and her husband on Wednesday admitted to conspiracy and insider trading, the latest to plead guilty in the wake of a recent federal crackdown.

Jennifer Wang and Ruben Chen, a former hedge fund analyst at ING Investment Management, each pled guilty to one count of conspiracy and three counts of insider trading in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
