Judge OKs Insider Trading Settlement In Drug Case

Law360, New York (September 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The wife of the former CEO of Cubist Pharmaceuticals, her brother and his neighbor have settled insider trading allegations brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the company's common stock.

Judge Morris E. Lasker of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts entered a final judgment on Aug. 30 in the cases filed against Patricia B. Rocklage, William M. Beaver and David G. Jones. The SEC announced the development Wednesday.
