Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 2:09 PM EDT) -- An Idaho federal judge on Thursday granted conditional certification to a class of Hewlett-Packard Co. customer service representatives who allege their employer shorted them on overtime pay, months after having denied an earlier certification bid.
