Nationwide Class For Vioxx Suit Rejected

Law360, New York (September 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Handing Merck & Co. a victory, the New Jersey Supreme Court on Thursday reversed a lower court ruling that certified a nationwide class of Vioxx consumers attempting to get back the money they spent on the drug.
